What is your minimum order quantity?
We require a minimum of 10 units per order. Every kit is manufactured specifically for your team, so minimums help us maintain the quality and customisation you deserve.
How long does production take?
From final design approval, production typically takes 4 weeks. If you have a tight deadline, reach out early and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Can I see samples before full production?
Yes. Every order includes factory proofing — physical test prints to verify colour accuracy, element scaling, and placement before we run the full production.
What sports do you cater to?
We work with teams across all disciplines — soccer, rugby, basketball, volleyball, athletics, and more. If your team wears a kit, we can build it.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on kit complexity, quantity, and customisation level. Get in touch and we'll provide a detailed quote within 48 hours — no surprises.
Do we pay for shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over 20 units. For smaller orders, shipping costs are calculated based on the total order weight and destination.
